OFFICIAL RULES:
Promotion will run until, 11:59 PM EST on Wednesday, August 7, 2019.
Open to residents of the United States, 25 years of age or older as of July 1, 2019.
Official Rules - no purchase or entry fee necessary

1. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter, submit all required entry information on the promotion registration form found online at www.oceancityvacation.com. No other method of entry will be accepted. Entrants may enter one time per email address. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm, Wednesday, August 7, 2019 to be eligible. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line and/or wireless service will apply. Use of automated programs and other automatic means to enter is prohibited. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or failure, whether caused by web site users, tampering, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in the promoting and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, deletion, defect, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized web access to, or alteration of entries.

2. Prize and Winner Selection; One (1) prize winner will be selected on or about the following date:
Thursdayday, August 8, 2019
Winner will be selected by random drawing from the eligible entries properly submitted on-line. Mailing address and contact phone number must be submitted on registration form to be eligible to win. Taxes, gratuities and miscellaneous charges (room taxes, etc.) are not included. Week long stay is for the week designated only with no substitutions. Other restrictions may apply. Not valid on any other dates.
Weekly vacation prize includes:

* 7 nights accommodations (Saturday to Saturday)
Odds of winning are dependent on number of eligible entries received. Prizes will be awarded and winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. Winners are required to respond to the phone and/or e-mail notification within 48 hours. Winner will receive an e-mail confirmation for their response. If a response is not received within 48 hours then an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed. Sponsor and its affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance of any prize. Prizes can not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, assigned or substituted.

3. Eligibility: Promotion open to legal residents of the United Sates, 25 years of age and older as of July 1, 2019 with some restrictions. Employees of the sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, web site providers/webmasters, and immediate family members (and those living in the same household) of each employee are not eligible. This offer is void wherever prohibited or restricted by national, state, municipal governmental laws. Prizes are subject to all applicable federal, state or local laws. Winners will be selected from among unique, valid e-mail addresses. By entering this promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and acknowledges that they have read the eligibility requirements and that he/she meets those requirements.

4. General rules: Taxes related to the prizes are the responsibility of the winners. Return of e-mail prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection of winner. The winner grants permission for sponsor, and those under sponsor's authority, to use his/her name, likeness, voice and/or hometown for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless sponsor, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors and employees from any and all liabilities and injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death or property damage, resulting in whole or in part directly or indirectly from this promotion, its prizes, and the use of the vacation stay. Entrants agree that winners names will be provided upon request to the sponsor.

5. Lease requirements: Winners will be required to execute a properly signed lease between themselves and the property owner. Winners will be bound to all requirements included in said lease, including but not limited to, a required $500.00 security deposit, which will be returned following the stay provided no damages or destruction of the rental unit has occurred.

6. All transportation is the responsibility the winner.

7. Winners will be responsible for providing their own linens (towels, sheets, pillow cases). Pets are not permitted at the winning properties unless they are services animals.

8. Accommodation provide to the winner will consist of a minimum four (3) bedroom, two (2) bath unit with a maximum occupancy of ten (10) people.

9. Disputes: In the event of any dispute, all parties agree that the judgment and determination of the Executive Committee of the Ocean City Regional Chamber of Commerce will be final and binding in the awarding of the prize(s). In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the winner will be the authorized owner of the e-mail account used to enter the promotion. The potential winner may be requested to provide the sponsor with documentation that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned to entrant.

10. Winners' List: Name of the winners will be available after September 20, 2019. To obtain the name of the prize winner, send a self addressed stamped envelope to: Ocean City Regional Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 1706, Ocean City, NJ 08226. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the end of the promotion.
